 “They Were Seeds”  was painted on day two of the LA fires. As I was working, I was grieving for the people of Los Angeles and reflecting on the beauty and resilience of the landscape. This piece is a meditation on life’s fragility, encapsulated in the beauty of the natural world. A portion of the proceeds from “They Were Seeds” print sales will be allocated towards returning color and art to ten families I have identified that lost everything in the fires.
